History:
The Rock Christian Church (A2A) began in 1991 at Wynnum under the name of Wynnum Christian life Church. The church changed its name to The Rock Christian Church under the leadership of Pastor Rick Boske in 2001. Pastor Peter Holmes and his wife Sue took over the leadership of the church on July 3, 2002 after serving at Cleveland as the Senior Pastor of Breakthrough Christian Church (AOG).
Since July 2002 The Rock has experienced significant growth through their effective community care, outreach ministries and evangelism strategies. God continues to grow His church!
The Rock is a Pentecostal church which preaches Jesus and has a live vibrant worship, powerful teaching and preaching along with a family and community focus. The Church is associated with Christian Life Churches International.
